Job Summary:

Assists and performs all tasks associated with high volume facility presetting, serving, and resetting rooms where food service activities are performed.
Prepares high-quality beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to order upon request.
Proficiently take orders and serve members/guests according to Plantation Golf & Country Club standards and all local and state legal guidelines.
Monitors members and their guests to ensure safety.
Assists members with menu knowledge, specials and features.

Server/Bartender Receive:

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One + years experience as a Banquet Server in a country club, upscale hotel, or free-standing lounge environment.
Exceptional guest service skills.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during the entire shift.
Ability to push, pull or otherwise move portable bar units from storage area to functional areas.
Ability to speak, read and understand the English language.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Certifications: "TIPS" or equivalent responsible vendor training, ServSafe training.
